AN ELECTRIFYING THRILLER THAT DARES TO COMBINE COMEDY AND ROMANCE WITH AN INTENSE STORY OF REVENGE AND MURDER
Travis Kilborn is an acclaimed teacher whose life has been shredded by the flase accusations and malicious acts of a group of detached bureaucrats eager to betray him.
Cast aside and powerless, he is left with a single motivation in life--to satisfy his rage by murdering those who stol;e his life from him. Near the end of his reign of terror he is opposed by an unlikely trio of friends; a suicidal executive, a blind school teacher and a disabled Iraqi War vet.
Together the three friends attempt to expose the dangerous criminal but unintentionally become his target in the process. Tow wily detectives follow closely behind in an intense chase that brings all of them together in a startling finale.
Personal Note:
As a warning, this novel contains graphic murders. As a clergyman, I'm sometimes asked how I'm able to create these gruesome murder scenes. Do I have a secret life? The quick answer is "no." In seminary I did a reseacrh paper on the missionary efforts to the Native populations during the colonial period. In most cases, those who hoped to reach the original inhabitants of North America were murdered and many were tortured to death. By reading these accounts, the stories served as a basis for what is represented in the novel. If you are squeamish or easily upset by violence, you'll want to pass on this book. Otherwise, you'll enjoy the intense story, humor and love contained within the pages of this 5-star rated thriller.
